Divisional Secretariat - Pathahewaheta

The Mobile SIM registration program was successfully held on 2023.11.17 from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m at the Pathahewaheta Divisional Secretariat, Thalatuoya.

Regional Arts Festival of the year 2023 was gloriously held in Pasgama Raja Maha Vihara and Natha Devala Rittageya Permises on 04th November, 2023 under patronage of Chief Incumbents of Sagama, Pasgama, Kandewela Vihara and Additional District Secretary, Mr. Uthpala Jayarathna and with the participation of many distinguished guests including Pathahewaheta Divisional Secretary, Mrs. H.K. Sagarika Dilhani, Assistant Divisional Secretary Mrs. Ruchini Prathibha Hitihamu and Basnayake Nilame of Natha Devala, Mr. Daminda Bandara Udurawana by presenting methodologies of local traditional agriculture in practice and highlighting dancing and arts skills of school students and arts institutes and abilities of rural elderly community as well.

As the first step taken to save those who are addicted to drugs including children and lead them to sports, the Pathahewaheta State Institute Cricket Tournament was held on 11.11.2023 at the Gangawata Divisional Council Stadium under the leadership of the Kandy District Secretary, Divisional Secretary of Pathahewaheta and Assistant Divisional Secretary of Pathahewaheta.It was successfully conducted with the participation of officials of other Government Institutes and officers of the Divisional Secretariat of Pathahewaheta.

Here, the championship was won by the Pathahewaheta Divisional Secretary Office team1 and the runner-up was won by the Divisional Council team.

The job fair program organized by the Human Resource Officer was successfully conducted on 04/10/2023 in the premises of the Divisional Secretariat. The field officers provided support to make this program successful.
