With the aim to create the necessary background to produce skilled workers by explaining and guiding about the importance of vocational education an awareness program was held on 28.08.2020 for the GCE (O / L) students at Bopitiya Rajasinghe National School under the leadership of Skills Development Officer.

The “Short meal preparation course for festive occasions” was held at Sri Sudarnaramaya, Pubudugama on 22.06.2020 under the provisions of the Central Provincial Ministry of Industries with the objective of imparting formal training for the youth to gain employment opportunities in the market.

A tree planting program was held on 09.07.2020 near Muthukeliyawa Wewa with the participation of children of Children's Clubs and field officers with the aim of creating awareness among the children about the environment.
